My room was very spacious. I appreciated the local feel of the design! The staff in the reception area were super friendly. The restaurant staff were warm, too!

The hallway reminded me of a warehouse. It was full of broken things. The shower pressure was weak. I also thought the shower water flow was small.

The hotel location is near the train street. The staff helped me a lot. My room had air conditioning and the mini bar included a Coca Cola.

small gym rooftop bar atmosphere

The gym was quite small. It lacked modern equipment. i also found the rooftop bar uninviting. It needed more atmosphere. the staff seemed understaffed. Service was slow at times. the location was noisy at night. it was hard to relax with so much street noise penetrating the room.

decent stay with some drawbacks

dusty room generator view

my stay had some issues. the room felt quite dusty in certain areas. i got an upgrade to a room with a balcony, but the view overlooked tanks and generators. noise from the room upstairs and next door was also noticeable. food wasn't anything special.

i found the gym and pool to be quite inadequate. the gym's limited space impacted equipment and workout options.. the small pool barely accommodated a few people.

WOW, Just WOW!

kind staff easy walk covered pool

The staff was so kind. Suzy booked tours for me to mua cave. It was great. This is a five minute walk to the train street. The pool is covered and it protects you from the sun. That's pretty nice.

The air conditioning was bad, it could not cool the room down. It made sleeping difficult. The hotel felt old and not like the photos. It wasn't too good.

The location was amazing. I found it safe, walkable, with many dining options. It's only a five minute walk from the train street. Other attractions around the city are easily accessible.
